Add function PicturetoC_Hex_converter.php

 Is it possible to make a function that adds bytes size of a picture  in begin the code of the image.

 Make a check box that adds HEX values of height and width of the image.

example
Width = 160Pixels, Height = 101Pixels
Picture data
\ xa0 \ x65 \ x3c \ x3c \ x3b \ x3c \ x3c \ x3b \ x3c \ x3c \ x3b \ x3c \ x3c \ x3c \ x ....
Where \ xa0 \ x65 \ width and height.

 Because most of application use function call to send image data, the width and height can be composed in there.

But we can add another string to produce this header for it.

Thanks for implementation, but this format is not very useful.
It is more convenient when one textarea without EDIM3, (X position), (Y position),
I use grep to get data from textarea 
grep -z -o -P '<textarea [^>] *> \ K ([^ <] *) $
 
Plus you have a bug in the script.
Now, all the data are separated by commas.

 Everything works but the color is not correct.

 

Green change  blue. Red change yellow ...

 Missed color green, just fixed, thank you very much to test the problem.
