colour lcd 5volt line has 5k wave form on it

Hi,

Running the 2.4" colour lcd, I encountered some noise on the 5 volt line in my system application. Tracked it down to the screen which was pulling the 5 volt power line down by about 200 millivolts at a frequency of 5k.

This caused a problem with the rest of my system which requires a stable voltage. Any ideas how to minimise or stop the screen from pulling down the 5volt power level?

Sorry my screen is actually a 320 x 240 lcd

 It may because of the backlight PWM circuit, put the backlight full on (100%) or try a large bypass cap on Vcc may reduce the this noise
