PENIRQ - Does it need an external pull up resistor ?

Hi

Checked the documentation and forum etc, understand that PENIRQ goes LOW when the touchscreen is pressed, but do I need to ensure the penirq pin is pulled HIGH by an external  pull resistor (to prevent floating) or is this handled internally to the  display module ?

 No pull up resistor needed, the output is TTL
