  1. If there is anything we can do to help you avoid returning an item, please contact us, we'd like to help.
  2. Returns of all UNWORN items are accepted for 10 days from receipt - excluding any final sale items, wholesale purchases and items sold from auction site (exept if marked as "satisfaction guaranteed") .
  3. All returned items should be carefully packed in suitable shipping boxes.
  4. No restocking fee if the products not as we described.
  5. The returns form must be completed for ALL items you wish to return.
  6. Please declare the value of return product as $0.00 and reason is RETURN.
  7. The refund you will be got is: your full payment if due to our problems, other wise you need pay the returning shipping cost.
